View expert and barrister comments
Discover comments made by judges on experts and barristers by exploring our Barrister and Expert listing pages.
Barristers
On our barristers listing page, you can view a comprehensive list of all barristers we have recorded data on, alongside their total number of claims, how often they have been instructed by claimants and/or defendants, their associated chambers and the average value of claims they’ve worked on. Use the filters to refine your search based on chambers, courts, seniority, party sectors, topics and many more.
Use the dropdown next to the heading and navigate to the ‘All comments’ page, where you can view all comments made by judges on barristers.
To view comments made on a particular barrister, select a barrister from the listing page to be directed to their profile page. Here, you can see their win/loss percentage, most recent claims, the judges they have faced most frequently and the legal subjects they are most involved in. Use the dropdown next to the barrister’s name and select the ‘Comments’ pages.
Experts
On the experts listing page, you can view a list of experts that judges have made notable comments on, alongside their total number of judgments, their expertise and most recent judgments.. Use the filters to refine your search based on courts, expertise, judges and many more.
Use the dropdown next to the heading and navigate to the ‘All comments’ page, where you can view all comments made by judges on experts.
To view comments made on a particular expert, select an expert, and you will be directed to an expert profile page where you can view their comments, judges who made them, sentiments behind them, themes, judgments’ citation, subjects and dates. To delve deeper, use the dropdown next to the expert’s name and select the ‘Comments’ pages.
View your client’s claim and outcome history
Find out more about your clients claim and outcome history by looking up your clients from our party listing page. Click on any party to be directed to their profile page. Here, you will be able to view the key metrics, including their claimant v defendant ration and their outcome tendency.
Use the dropdown next to the party’s name and navigate to the ‘Claim history’ pages, to view the most recent claims they are/were involved in. The party's name is highlighted in bold where they are either the claimant or defendant and you can filter your claim history by factual subjects, topics, values and many more.
Similarly, to view the outcome history, navigate to the ‘Outcomes’ pages, to view the party’s outcome history, in its respective sector, as a claimant and a defendant.
You can also do this with multiple parties by using our ‘Party aggregation’ feature. Find more about our party aggregation function here.
View a Judge’s decision history
View a list of judges we have on our platform by navigating to the Judge listing page listing pages. Select a judge to be directed to a Judge’s profile page, where you can view the key metrics (e.g. win/loss percentages and how often a judgment gets appealed) and the recent judgments they are involved in.
You can explore these key metrics on a more granular level by using the dropdown next to the Judge’s name. By navigating to the ‘Win/Loss percentage’ pages, you will be able to view a Judge’s historical win/loss data relative to all other Judges and broken down by court.
Similarly, view how often a judgment gets appealed, by navigating to the ‘Appealed judgments’ pages.
