Creating reports
Claim reports
You can now generate a report that assists in addressing complex questions about the prospects for a case. In one document, see settlement versus trial patterns, potential outcomes and case length, which helps add context for making informed decisions.
You can effortlessly generate these reports at the click of a button from a claim page. Alternatively, using our report builder tool, you can construct a claim scenario for a new or early-stage dispute from scratch and extract insights based on historical case and party behaviour.
It will take a moment for the system to generate your report. You will receive an email notification as soon as your report is ready. If you do not receive this email within 15 minutes of creating your report, please contact us at info@solomonic.co.uk.
Party and law firm reports
Our party and law firm reports provides a summary of data analytics on chosen party or law firm that is easily interpretable and can be easily shared with your colleagues at your organisation. You can combine multiple parties, which is particularly helpful in cases where you’d like to analyse multiple organisations as part of the same parent group.
You can quickly generate these reports at the click of a button from a party or law firm page. To learn how to create a report for multiple parties, click here.

Managing your reports
To manage your reports, access your ‘My reports’ page from your profile dropdown.
Generating new versions of reports
On your ‘My reports’ page, you will see a green button next to each respective alert that reads ‘View latest version’. This will pull up the latest version of the report you have created.
If you click ‘More’, you have the option to ‘Generate a new version of this report’. This will create an updated version of your report that includes all new data that has been added to the platform, since the last date of report creation.
For reports with multiple versions, you can view all previous iterations by clicking on the ‘More’ button. Each version is displayed alongside its creation date for your convenience.
Deleting reports
We understand that managing a long list of reports can be difficult and overwhelming. To simplify this, you can you better organise and manage your reports by getting rid of any clutter or dupes you might have.
To delete any reports, click on ‘More’ and select ‘Delete’ from the dropdown. You will then be prompted to confirm if you’d like to delete the selected report. Please note that if you delete a report, you delete all versions created.
