Download your user list and activity directly from the platform

July 2025

As an organisation admin, you can now monitor and download your firm’s usage and activity on the platform.

We have now made it so you no longer need to email us for your organisation’s usage data. You can directly access and download this information from your ‘My Organisation’ activity page from your profile dropdown. Please note that you will have to be an organisation admin in order to access this feature.

Easily access colleague alerts

We’ve now made colleague alerts more visible and accessible

Previously tucked away in a dropdown, colleague alerts are now much easier to find. Just head to your profile dropdown and click on ‘My Colleague Alerts’ to view and manage them.

On this page, you’ll find all the alerts you’ve created for your colleagues. From here, you can easily view, edit, and manage them.

Please note: if you've set up an alert for both yourself and a colleague, any changes made on your ‘My Alerts’ page will apply only to your version. To update your colleague’s alert, you’ll need to make those changes on the ‘My Colleague Alerts’ page.

Free text search for documents you’ve ordered and in a claim

Search for documents by title on your ‘My document order’ page and within a claim page

We’ve added a free text search in your ‘My document order’ page, accessible from your profile dropdown. Search through all documents you’ve ever ordered by case title to easily locate what you’re looking for.

This feature has also been added to our claim document listing pages. Particularly useful for document-heavy claims, you can now easily locate specific documents within a claims’s full list of documents.

Open PDF documents directly in your browser

Open PDF documents instantly in a new tab instead of downloading before viewing

No more downloading before viewing - you can now open PDF documents instantly in a new tab. You are, of course, still able to download documents should you need to.

This is the first part of improving our platform efficiency. You will soon be able to choose if you’d like to immediately view a document as a pdf or download it directly to your device. Watch this space!
