Property, Trusts and Probate (PTP) judgments and new Lands Chamber coverage
August 2025
We’ve now expanded our coverage of PTP List judicial decisions and have begun comprehensive analysis of the Upper Tribunal (Lands Chamber).
You can now access unique insights into more than a thousand judicial decisions alongside issued claims in high-value matters from the Property, Trusts and Probate List in the Chancery Division.
This covers a wide range of complex matters, including contentious probate actions, trusts disputes, inheritance claims, variation of trusts and estate administration.
We’ve also expanded coverage into the Upper Tribunals (Lands Chamber), launching a systematic analysis of every judicial decision to deliver unique insights into judicial behavior and outcomes.
These additions provide essential context for real estate and property litigators and complement Solomonic’s existing Technology & Construction Court (TCC) coverage. Track relevant claims and proceedings, analyse outcome trends across courts and tribunals and understand judicial tendencies to inform strategy and client advice.
Solicitors data
Should you have any questions about this release, please do email us at info@solomonic.co.uk.
We’ve introduced new data that provides visibility on the individual solicitors named in High Court documents (specifically).
We have analysed thousands of claim forms, particulars of claim and judgments - capturing information on over 4,700 solicitors. Whilst most are claimant-side, the dataset is not limited to them. You will find this information in claim form alerts, claim pages and in its own dedicated section in the platform.
AI claim summaries
Our AI claim summaries are a free opt-in feature, designed to help users extract key insights and understand the crux of a case, without needing to manually sift through the details.
We want our users to be able to extract key insights and understand the essence of a case without manual review. When claim details are available, an AI generated summary will be provided, designed to provide the same high standard of trust and accuracy as the rest of our data.
This feature is a free opt-in add on. By default, Solomonic AI claim summaries will not be visible on the platform, unless your firm chooses to opt-in. Rest assured, this feature comes at no additional charge. If you’d like your firm to have access to claim summaries, please let us know here.
