A brief overview of what we do:
We pick up claims from Court files the moment they are issued, and from here, we instantly set the clock running. Whenever there is new activity, we publish this on the platform and update information on the claim.
We know that over 55% of claims settle away from the Courts before they are even acknowledged. In lieu of this, we have a weekly claim form alert that summarises which claims have been issued, served and acknowledged - indicating that these claims are likely to progress further. If there is any new activity on a claim, whether it be filings being made publicly available or hearings being added, we pick it up and put it on the platform.
If there is a judgment, we will publish it. We also analyse judgments to bring you insights from these judgments. For example, we are able to tell you what percentage of cases succeeded or failed in a particular court, or in front of a particular judge. If they are related to specific topics or matters, we extract notable comments that judges make on expert witnesses and barristers, and we make these available to you so you can easily conduct your due diligence.
